A friendly reminder , Please remember if you are planning on buying large pieces of furniture please bring someone to help carry and load it , we are unable to help you with this, If you don't have anyone we do have someone that can deliver for a fee , Also when moving furniture please be extra careful not to hit the walls scuff or drag furniture on the wooden floors . We will be having another lovely sale in Annapolis. Everything in this home is also extremely clean and gently used. We will have some beautiful pieces of furniture: Bedroom furniture, Dining room furniture ,Living room furniture ,Tv.s , Art work, Kitchenware , Christmas items and so much more . * Please make sure when moving furniture you have someone to help you , please do not drag any furniture, we cannot scuff the floors or bump any walls while moving any and all furniture .
Please remember if you are planning on buying heavy or large pieces of furniture remember to please bring someone to help you carry and load up your treasures, We cannot help you while we are conducting the sale . If you should buy a large or heavy item and you do not have anyone to help you , we can make arrangements with you after the sale or at a later time when you do have someone to help you , if you do not have anyone to help with large and heavy items we do have someone that will deliver furniture for a fee, they will deliver and set it up wherever you need it to be placed .
*Neither Searching For Treasures ,The Homeowners ,or Anyone Else is responsible for any accidents or injuries while on the property of the ongoing Estate Sale, you are entering at your own risk .
*Please do not block any of the neighbors mailboxes or driveways .
*Please do not bring pets to the sale .
*No food or drinks will be allowed into the home .
*No available restrooms to use .
*All sales are final .
*Please do not take it upon yourself to start up a signup sheet or a number system, We do not use this at our sales and we will not honor it .
