To our valued customers {friends} we will be having an Estate Sale this upcoming Weekend .
Dates : April 20th and 21st . 9:00 -2:00 Both days .
Address : 955 Heather Way , Annapolis Md. 21401.
* Because we are unable to carry and help load furniture , Please remember to bring someone if it requires more than yourself to carry and load . If you do buy furniture and cannot carry and load up, We do have a Gentleman that will deliver furniture for a fee , the fee depends on what and where he has to deliver it to .
Please look at the photos of all the things that we will have for sale.
Please remember if you are planning on buying heavy or large pieces of furniture to please bring someone to help you carry and load your treasures , We cannot help you while we are conducting the sale . If you should buy a large or heavy item and you do not have anyone to help you , we can make arrangements with you after the sale or at a later time when you have someone to help you.
*Neither Searching For Treasures, The Homeowners, or Anyone else is responsible for any accidents or injuries while on the property , you are entering at your own risk .
*Please do not block any of the neighbors mailboxes or driveways .
*Please do not bring pets to the sale .
*No food or drinks allowed into the home .
*No available restrooms to use .
*All sales are final .
* Please do not take it upon yourself to start up a signup sheet or a number system. We do not use this at our sales and we will not honor it .
